The recently refurbished hotel offers great value for the price. the staff members are helpful and attentive, and the restaurant is a definite bonus. A must-visit spot in Cherating!

Breakfast and the location was OK. Staff was nice and helpful, although a bit cozy - it's OK.

There is a certain need for renovation, which can probably not be denied. The location is ok. Availability of grave - negative (in my case). The smell of the room spray. which almost burned the lungs. was bad, And that's what I say as a smoker, who has already expected a lot from his lungs.

The location is fantastic, right next to the beach and restaurants. It's also conveniently close to popular tourist attractions like the Cherating Fireflies and Mangrove Tour, only about 10 minutes away. the rooms are cozy and come equipped with climate control, a safe box, and a multi-channel TV.

Great pool. Perfect for relaxing when you just want to relax (there is NOTHING to be found far and wide).

Very impersonal staff. Only local families as guests. As a woman at the pool uncomfortable in a bikini between all the Burkinis.

Food was very good, the restaurant is by the sea and you have a nice view.

This venue offers excellent views of the beach and has very professional and kind staff, making it a great place for exploring the area.

This 4-star resort in Cherating should be chosen due to location, price and a great seaside restaurant. It has two swimmingpools, and facilities such as wifi (for extra fee) pooltable, tabletennis, tablesoccer and videogames. We travelled 2 adults and 3 children and got a comfortable family room for approx. 300RM including breakfast. Due to location, this should beconsidered value for money, since most other hotels in this price range are 2 or 3 stars only. The restaurant is better than anything you find in the town of Cherating and price is fair (you save transport cost).

Staff and Service Level. Too few staff to service the size of this resort. Rooms and common areas are not cleaned properly. There is no on-location maintenance staff. Our room was not cleaned until 5-6 PM, and the cleaning was not thorough for a 4-star resort. Our safety box was malfunctioning, and I had to ask three times before I got support. What thry gave me was a new safetybox which was not mounted to the wall/closet hence unusable. A lamp was loose in the swimming pool, and one of our kids kicked it by accident. This resulted in a lamp floating in the swimming pool with an electrical cable going to it from the socket. I called the maintenance twice and it took more than one day before it was fixed. It is not yet a worn-down place, but I would expect it to be so if not maintained better. On the other hand, we never paid more than what we have paid elsewhere for 2-3 star hotels/resorts. So all in all, value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Villa Beach Resort Cherating. the hotel was well-maintained and newly renovated. It had a magnificent location near tourist attractions like the Cherating Fireflies and Mangrove Tour. the sea view was breathtaking, and our room was spacious and peaceful. Also, being super close to the beach was a huge plus.

The beach was right at where the resort was, the view is beautiful.

Well-maintained and recently renovated hotel with the sea view. Tidy room with a nice bed and an excellent internet. Beautiful, incredible location in Cherating, close enough to beaches, and the tourist attraction which about 10 minutes to Cherating Fireflies and Mangrove Tour. 5 minutes walk from Masjid Cherating.

This place offers spacious and peaceful rooms, great value for the price, with incredibly friendly and hospitable staff and balcony rooms available.

The food was delicious and excellent. the suite was impressive with extremely comfy beds. - the location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for our visit to the Night Market, which was at a medium distance from the hotel.

The room is ok. I like the pool & the beach.
